Accessibility statement
Last updated: 2 November 2026. Last accessibility review of the site: 31.10.2026.
This is a translation for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one; if the two differ, the Hebrew text prevails. Hebrew version.
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to use ytg.co.il comfortably and independently: to read about the service, check the prices, contact us and ask for a proposal. This page sets out what we have done to make the site accessible, what is not yet perfect and how to reach us about it.
Standards
The site was made accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA. In practice we worked to WCAG 2.1 level AA, which includes every WCAG 2.0 requirement. To the best of our knowledge the site meets these requirements, except for the limitations listed below.
The accessibility menu
In the corner of every page there is a round button with a figure icon that opens the accessibility menu. You can reach it with the keyboard (Tab), open it with Enter and close it with Esc. It offers:
- Text size: enlarges all text on the site in five steps, up to 150%, and back.
- High contrast: black background, white text and yellow links.
- Grayscale: shows the site without colour.
- Highlight links: an underline and a yellow frame around every link and button.
- Readable font: a plain, clear typeface with more space between lines and words.
- Stop animations: stops self-playing videos, scroll animations, the moving week grid and smooth scrolling. All content stays visible, in its final state.
- Large cursor: a large mouse pointer that turns yellow over links and buttons.
- Reset settings: back to the normal view.
Settings are saved in your browser only and apply to every page of the site, on your next visit too. They are never sent to us (details in the privacy policy).
What else we have done
- Full keyboard navigation with a clear focus indicator, and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- A clear heading structure, language and text direction set on every page (Hebrew right to left, English and Russian left to right) and labels for every button and link, including the call and WhatsApp buttons.
- In the form: a label for every field, clear marking of required fields (asterisk) and optional ones, and error messages that appear next to the field, are read out by screen readers and move focus to the first field that needs fixing. The privacy-policy links in the form open in a new tab so your details are not lost, and their labels say so.
- The back-catalog calculator uses ordinary number fields, and its result is announced to screen readers on every change.
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background. The red buttons use white text so they stay readable.
- Support for the "reduce motion" setting of your phone or computer: with it on, the site shows no animations and no self-playing videos, without opening the accessibility menu.
- The site adapts to phones, tablets and computers, and can be zoomed to 200% in the browser without losing content. On phones, the call, WhatsApp and accessibility buttons are placed so they never cover each other.
Browsers and assistive technology
The site is built for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, and for common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
Known limitations
- The background video at the top of the home page is decorative, has no sound, and screen readers skip it. Everything it illustrates is also written in the text.
- The weekly schedule grid is an illustration. It has a text description for screen readers, and its content also appears in the text next to it.
- The 20-second video has captions burned into the picture. If you have trouble watching it, we will gladly send you its content in writing.
- When you enlarge text from the accessibility menu, the large headings and the top navigation bar keep their size so they are not cut off. To enlarge them too, use the browser zoom (Ctrl and plus, or pinch on a phone).
- After you switch "Stop animations" on and off again, videos resume at once; scroll animations return on the next page load.
- A WhatsApp chat takes place in the WhatsApp app or website, whose accessibility is outside our control. You can always contact us by phone or email instead.
- The videos and Shorts we publish for clients live on platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, whose players' accessibility is outside our control. The Shorts we make have burned-in captions.
We keep reviewing and improving the site. If you find a part that is not accessible enough, we would like to hear about it.
On-site arrangements
We have no office open to the public. The whole service is provided remotely: by phone, WhatsApp, email and video calls.
